Rivo API is an API gateway that aggregates frontier large language models: one key and one unified interface give you access to leading models from multiple upstream providers. The platform is fully compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic API protocols, so your existing code and toolchain work with little to no change.
1. What We Offer
Everything we build serves one goal — stable, transparent access to frontier models:
- Model access: frontier models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and leading Chinese models behind unified authentication and a unified call format, compatible with OpenAI / Anthropic protocol SDKs and clients.
- Transparent billing: prepaid, usage-metered pricing published on the pricing page; the console provides per-call logs and usage statistics, so every charge is traceable and reconcilable.
- Stable routing: multi-channel redundancy with health probing — when an upstream degrades, traffic fails over to healthy routes automatically, keeping upstream incidents as invisible to your calls as possible.
2. Service Status
We publish a public status page showing real-time availability by model category. If you suspect an outage, check the status page first to see whether the issue is on our side.
3. Security & Contact
Traffic is TLS-encrypted end to end and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. Your request content is processed only transiently for relaying and is never used to train any model (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Service Boundaries
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on upstream model providers, so we do not promise 100% availability; we continuously improve routing and failover to minimize the impact of upstream fluctuations. The full terms are set out in the User Agreement.
